Aer Lingus // Tactical Marketing Campaign

Aer Lingus is Ireland’s oldest airline and carries over 10 million people every year to Britain, Europe and North America. With a loyal customer base and award-winning on-board service, it’s one of the country’s best known brands.

In an increasingly competitive environment, Aer Lingus tactical marketing campaigns must appeal to a wide range of people while staying true to the brand’s core values.

For this North American campaign, I worked closely with the Brand Manager to develop a concept and tone that would speak to customers.

I worked on the copy, layout and imagery for a suite of emails to run over the course of two weeks in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Britain, London and Scotland.

I also wrote the tagline for the national outdoors advertising campaign, commissioned and edited blogs to support the campaign on social media and provided the landing page copy for the website.
